If you are reading this, chances are you are a woman in business who feels as though the work she does is her calling. It's more than just a job, more than just a paycheck, it is a passion. Those of you who identify with this living and working your passion or heading in that direction in your lives, then you are the definition of a BEACON. You are in a special position in life to shine your light brightly to support other beacons helping them shine brighter while you shine brighter as well.

Knowing you are a beacon, that you have a life's mission is an exciting and humbling realization.
