As we step into 2025, it’s time for a reset, a shift, and a breakthrough. If you've been feeling like something needs to change in your business or your life but aren’t sure how to break through your own barriers, you’re not alone. Many of us have hit walls or reached roadblocks that we’ve placed there ourselves. But this year, we’re determined to make sure that this is the year we finally achieve our hopes and dreams.

At LPL (Ladies' Power Lunch), we’re kicking off the year with a fresh approach to help you break through those barriers. Whether it's shifting old patterns that no longer serve us, pushing past the limiting beliefs, or embracing a new perspective, we are here to support each other through it all.

What’s New for LPL in 2025?

Our monthly meetings are getting a major upgrade to better serve YOU. Our theme for 2025 is all about What Women in Business Need Now—because let’s face it, we’ve recognized that many of the solutions that worked in the past just don’t have the same impact anymore. So, what’s the new paradigm? What’s working in today’s business world, and what isn’t? More importantly, how can we make the transitions necessary to stay on top of our game?

Each month, we will bring together 2-4 expert panelists to dive into topics like personal growth, business strategies, and how to overcome the specific challenges women face in business. They’ll share their experience, answer your questions, and leave you with actionable advice to implement in your own business.

Exciting Changes in 2025:

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s new:

• New Day, New Time: Our monthly meetings are now on the third Tuesday of every month at a more convenient time—11 AM - 12 Noon EST. No more scrambling to make it work!

• Panel Discussions: Gone are the days of one-off speakers. Now, each meeting will feature 3-4 expert panelists who will share their insights on a specific topic, followed by a lively discussion.

• The LPL Member Match: After the discussion, it’s time to connect! Our Member Match session gives you the chance to network, share about your business, and find collaborators who can help you grow and thrive.

• The Format: It’s simple, streamlined, and effective! Each meeting now has a consistent flow:

  1. Introductions to get to know the group.
  2. Panel Discussion with expert insights.
  3. Member Match to connect with others and build meaningful relationships.

A Little History About LPL:

If you’re new to LPL, here’s a little background: Over a decade ago, six women gathered over lunch with a shared mission to support each other in business. Since then, we’ve grown into an international movement that empowers women to intentionally support each other and collaborate in ways that lead to real success. And now, we’re inviting YOU to join us virtually!
